Rate Van Der Meer Tennis Center (Juniors)
Teh Van der Meer Tennis Center runs a year-round boarding academy for juniors with high State, Sectional, National or International ranking for long-term boarding. In addition, however, it offers a variety of short-term and summer programs. These include some boarding programs for juniors ages 12-18, who are housed and dine in courtside village. Boarders can look forward to 5-6 Hours per day of instruction, stroke and video analysis, tactical drill sessions, skill development, supervised match play, fitness conditioning, mental toughness training, and goal setting. Those 5-day sessions run early June to laate August. For non-boarders and younger players the Van der Meer Center stages daily programs in summer: for Munchkins (ages 6-8), Mini-Munchkins (ages 3-5), and Junior Development (ages 9-15). During the rest of the year there are also regularly scheduled clinics for juniors ages 10-18.
