Fitness Studio: Work up a sweat in the Fitness Studio, challenging yourself physically and mentally to enhance your stay. Outfitted with Technogym workout equipment, the facility features treadmills, ellipticals, and strength training equipment as well as Peloton bikes, a Peak Pilates reformer, and a variety of equipment for cardio, strength and self-myofascial work.
The Fitness Studio is open year-round, with the following offerings: private Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, and wellness classes. Private Personal Training is available at an additional rate, with Pilates, Yoga and Wellness classes available by reservation, $25 per class, per guest, and can be booked with the Club Fitness Attendant or Inn Concierge.
Golf: As challenging as it is inspiring, their 18-hole course celebrates the exhilarating play and personality of classic high-country golf. Surrounded by epic mountain views, natural character and thrilling contours, the course was thoughtfully and thoroughly reimagined as a par-71 championship course by acclaimed designer Tom Fazio. A Carolina-native, Fazio’s dramatic design honors the history and charm of the course while refining play with more modern greens, fairways and features. Notable characteristics include the deep green bent grasses that stretch from tees to greens, as well as at least 5 sets of tee boxes — ranging from 7,000 to 4,500 yards — that ensure fun and challenging play for all ages and skill levels. Golf at High Hampton is made available through, and operated by, High Hampton’s residential membership club.
Dining: From fine fare in The Dining Room to casual lunches in The Tavern, the Inn’s culinary team crafts meals for every taste and occasion. While both restaurants and menus are distinct, they share a common thread: each features classic, regional cuisine, re-imagined for a new era of travelers. They are familiar and fresh with worldly influences, and they are complemented by expertly curated wine and cocktail programs.
As a guest of the Inn, you also have access to the restaurants and amenities owned and operated by High Hampton's Residential Membership Club. The Club's three restaurants offer distinct spaces and menus and welcome both members of the Club and guests of the Inn.
