The review process spans over fifteen criteria, encompassing on-court elements such as the professionalism of teaching staff, the depth of programming, the quality of facilities, and off-court amenities, including recreational offerings, lodging, and cuisine. The awards are divided into three main categories: the Top 50 Tennis Resorts, the Top 15 Tennis Camps, and the Top 20 Pickleball Resorts.
