The newly-designed facility includes four brand-new American Red Clay tennis courts, three pickleball courts, an activity lawn, restrooms, multiple seating areas for gatherings, and shaded viewing pavilions. The courts offer LED lighting, allowing for night play.
There are weekly offerings of tennis and pickleball clinics/private instruction from USPTA and PPR-certified professionals. They also offer open-play pickleball for homeowners and guests. Zuma, the athletic facility at Alys, has everything you could need or want. Swimming, tennis, pickleball, weight and cardio training are all available along with coffee and smoothies that are the best. The pickleball clinics organized by Tyler, the racquet pro, have done a great job bringing me and my family along from rookie pickle ballers to a far more competitive group.

Tyler at Alys Beach was the best instructor I have ever had. He was compassionate about his craft, and it showed in how well he taught. He was patient with our family as we were still learning the ropes. He is a great instructor for someone who has never picked up a racquet or paddle, a professional, and everywhere in between. He was very knowledgeable about all the details of the game. He was all around wonderful and I will never go anywhere else for lessons.

I didn’t play any pickleball but the courts looked very nice! Now for the the tennis instructor, Tyler Marengo, what an amazing coach and player. I truly walked off the court feeling like I immediately leveled up! The professionalism was top notch… highly recommend getting a private lesson or jump in one of the clinics!
