The quality of Abama’s professional tennis and paddle facilities is surpassed only by their location in Tenerife. Professionals, amateurs and beginners alike can enjoy views of the Teide National Park and volcano on one side and the Atlantic and other Canary Islands on the other. The 7 tennis courts have been used for various ATP and ITF Tour matches and all are equipped with illumination and Flexi®-Pave surfaces, in the style of the US and Australian Open courts. The centre court in this luxury resort can accommodate 600 spectators, and the remaining six courts feature grandstands and covered rest areas for players, as well as changing rooms, restrooms and parking facilities. The complex also offers 4 paddle courts with illumination and AstroTurf surfaces.

The Tennis Academy
Our Tennis Academy program is designed around an on-court philosophy of “movement and repetition”. The Academy offers classes for players of all levels, and these include personalized lessons, intensive courses, and specialized tennis programs.
