From Singapore
Guests are chauffeured to Singapore’s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, then accompanied by a Bawah host on the pleasant 30-minute ferry ride to the island of Batam, Indonesia. Once guests have cleared Indonesian immigration they will be driven to the Hang Nadim Airport for a delightful 75-minute seaplane flight lands you in the resort’s lagoon.
Upon departure from Bawah, you travel back the same way to Singapore, first by seaplane to Batam and then by ferry to Singapore. Once you’re through immigration and customs, a private car will be waiting for you at the ferry terminal exit.
The return transfer fee to Bawah from Singapore is US$980 per person.

From Batam, Indonesia
A private car service picks up guests from their hotel or residence in Batam, Indonesia. Alternatively, you can fly into Batam’s Hang Nadim Airport (BTH) for direct seaplane transfer to Bawah. Upon departure from Bawah, you’ll be flown back to Hang Nadim Airport, with the option of an onward flight or drop-off at your accommodation. The return transfer fee to Bawah from Batam is US$800 per person.

From Jakarta or Bali
The flight from Indonesia’s capital, Jakarta, to Batam’s Hang Nadim Airport takes just over an hour. Several direct flights are available daily. If coming from Bali, you will need to fly to Batam via Jakarta. Once you touch down in Batam, you will be met as you disembark and be escorted directly to our seaplane for the flight to Bawah.
