The tennis programming focuses on natural movements to help players develop their potential. Through step-by-step special exercises, participants improve fluidity, power, and confidence in their game. As players become comfortable with the simplicity of the game, their performance improves naturally.
Group Lessons
- System 1.5 or 2.0: One week course with 1.5 or 2 hours of daily training for five days, in groups of at least three people of similar skill levels.
- System 3.0: Intensive course with three hours of daily training for five days, aimed at tennis enthusiasts looking to improve their game.
Private Lessons:
Private lessons focus on specific technical aspects with one-on-one coaching. Sparring sessions are available for those without a partner who want to experience playing against a high-level opponent.
Personal Program:
Customized tennis programs can be created to address specific goals, such as improving serve power, preparing for tournaments, or enhancing technical, physical, tactical, or mental aspects of the game.

I have visited La Sella Sport three of the last four years. I love playing on their red clay courts! This year I took five 90-minute hitting lessons with head pros Diego and Kurt who are excellent players and teachers. Friendly receptionist Wendy booked my lessons and answered all my questions.
The club is located within a retirement / vacation community, and there are several lodging options nearby. The courts are surrounded by palm trees and tropical vegetation. A casual restaurant overlooks the three main courts, and a riding stable is located next door. A new building with pro shop and locker rooms is scheduled to open in 2010.
