Well run and economically priced, these Tennis and Life Camps understandably tend to fill up very quickly. Camps for juniors alternate with those for adults and families during June and July.
Adults, like juniors, have the option of staying in dormitories and dining in the college cafeteria. All levels are welcome, from beginners to very strong (NTRP 5.5) competitive players, with instruction adjusted to each level’s ability and conditioning level. Neal Hagberg, who since 1981 has headed up the “and Life” aspect of the camp, has now taken over the tennis directorship. He and his wife Leandra are nationally acclaimed singer/songwriters nationally acclaimed singers and songwriters. He not only provide inspiring talks but with his wife provides entertainment during the adult sessions.

This tennis weekend was a ton of fun and they provide a packed schedule with different options of either free time, tennis games, or more drills after the regular day is over. The instructors are cheerful and very knowledgeable! The exhibition matches were impressive and a nice way to start each day. I met a lot of friendly people and I will most likely come back!
Wonderful experience and exceptional people. The quality of instruction and instructor/student ratio is excellent. My kids want to go back year after year. And so do I!
This camp is absolutely amazing!!! Not only has it changed my tennis game, but also my outlook on life. Every single staff member takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. They are all great!!! (:
