We discovered this resort through AAA 4-diamond ratings directory, and must say the level of service, comfort and tennis facilities exceeded our expectations. The resort is divided into adjoining properties catering to various needs. We would highly recommend The Lodge (this is the property rated 4-diamond by AAA), perfect if you are looking for some tranquility combined with tennis and golf. We stayed at The Lodge for 3 days, the staff were impeccable and delivered service beyond what we normally expect at even the highly rated chain/brand-name resorts. Check out the Wildflower restaurant for flavorful, fresh cuisine. The Tower is an adjoining property, stay here if you enjoy the casino action located in the first floor of The Tower. The tennis facilities at the Turning Stone include four climate controlled indoor courts and four outdoor US OPEN blue Decoturf courts. We did not ask/find any USPTA professional during our stay, but the proshop staff were extremely courteous, and offered basket of balls and carts for our use. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor tennis courts. We are from Texas, and have resolved to return to the The Lodge at Turning Stone Resort, NY again.
