This is not a “center” but a “campus,” an aptly evocative word to describe what the U.S. Tennis Association has carved out of the pasteurlands at Lake Nona, an easy 15-minute drive southeast of Orlando International Airport. One hundred lighted tennis courts fan out across the 65-acre property, anchored by a building housing , among other things, USTA offices. The courts cluster in neighborhoods—Collegiate, Family, Team USA, Tournament and League, Player Development—each with lockers, showers, shade, and relevant amenities. Six are indoor, six are European red clay imported from Italy, the rest a mix of hard, clay, and Rebound Ace. Two—one clay, one hard—are configured as 500-seat stadiums. Fully 84 of these courts have Playsight technology to live stream on-court action, so that college alumni can login to watch their teams compete, grandma and grandpa can see how their children are doing in junior matches, and your friends can follow you progress if you’re playing in one of the sectional or senior events that rotate through the new campus. Of those, 32 have Playsight’s SmartCourt technology to record and analyze matches. And scattered throughout are phone and tablet charging stations and 25 hydration stations, or water-bottle fillers, delivering filtered water. There’s a pro shop managed by Fromuth with a “Racquet Bar” where you can not only get your racquet restrung but also consult with experts about customizing it to meet your needs. Finally, if you get hungry, food is as close as the Netpost Grill in the welcome center.
A number of top American players have visited the campus to train, among them Madison Keys, Frances Tiafoe, Reilly Opelka, and CiCi Bellis, but the USTA’s aspiration obviously went far beyond creating a world-class professional training facility. Coaches with top juniors are encouraged to bring their players to the campus for short-term stints—it is emphatically not a residential academy—to take advantage of the expertise within player development. The sprawling camp hosts 100s of tennis tournaments each year, most of them junior, senior, NTRP, league, and state and local championships. There is also a series of drop-in clinics, with themes like live-ball doubles, Cardio tennis, Innovation tennis, Tennis 101, Tennis 102, and Novice tennis as well a wheelchair and veterans programs. The campus schedules open social play sessions (mostly doubles, though with some singles sessions) as well as special holiday social round robins. On top of that there are summer camps for juniors and 3-day National Campus Adult Camps on selected dates. Or put together a group of 8 or more and design your own camp, staff by campus pros. Oh, and by the way, private lessons and open court time are offered as well.
As an avid tennis player, you owe it to yourself to visit the campus whether or not you’re taking a camp or enrolled in one of its many tournaments. It’s an easy detour from the airport before continuing on your way to Orlando’s theme parks or one of its more traditional tennis resorts.
Managed by the USTA, this facility features 100 lighted tennis courts that fan out across the 65-acre property.

Fully 84 of these courts have Save My Play technology to access match recordings, AI highlights, and analytics.

Getting there
Travel Instructions: The campus is 10 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
I just finished a week with my high school tennis team on campus while they trained for the upcoming season in central Maine. The staff and coaches were phenomenal. The girls learned so much and really enjoyed their time with the coaches.
The facilities are world class leaving no needs unmet. The girls even got to watch a bunch of professional women’s tennis and some college tennis while on site.
This was the third time I’ve brought my kids down from Maine and each time it’s been terrific. We will continue to look at the USTA national campus as our first option whenever we are able to take advantage spring training opportunities.

I recently completed the USTA National Campus Adult 3-Day Doubles Camp, and it was an outstanding experience. The USTA National Campus truly feels like a must-visit for any tennis player at least once. The facility is incredible—beautiful, modern, immaculately maintained, and packed with top-tier amenities, from the Racquet Bar and Net Post Grill to the large pro shop and variety of court surfaces.
What stood out just as much as the campus itself was the people. Every staff member, coach, and pro we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly passionate about being there. The camp itself was an excellent value, and it was obvious that a great deal of thought went into making it both high-quality and well organized.
The coaching staff was especially impressive. There was a great mix of backgrounds, personalities, and teaching styles, and the coaches rotated often enough that the experience stayed fresh and engaging. They also did a strong job adjusting player groupings as they observed skill levels, which made the drills feel more productive and tailored over time.
The camp was structured efficiently, with very little downtime. The drills and demos were well explained, transitions were smooth, and the included handouts were helpful. I also appreciated the added educational components, like sessions on racquets/stringing and sports psychology, which made the experience feel even more well-rounded. We learned a tremendous amount and came away genuinely impressed.
I also highly recommend staying at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel. It was one of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had, with excellent restaurants, a fun outdoor area, free parking, and an easy drive to campus.
This is absolutely something I hope to do again—ideally at least once a year, and next time with a larger group of tennis friends.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their doubles game in a first-class tennis environment.

I have attended the Usta adult camp in February for the last four or five years. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The professionals are top notch, friendly, along with great sense of humors. The facilities are top-notch, but more than that the rest of the staff are great from the trainers to the front desk to the pro shop to the cashiers in the snack bar everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the experience to anyone looking to improve their game or just to getaway from the cold temps in the winter!
CR
I really enjoyed the tennis camp w/ my 2 friends! Learned so much and the pros were so upbeat and professional! So much fun!! Thank-you!
DR
I always have a great time at the Intermountain USTA National Tennis Center Camp. The campus staff and tennis instruction always make us feel welcome and they bring such high energy which makes our time really fun.
RF
Terrific experience!! I attended camp with a large group. We rotated through many different trainers each of whom were very knowledgeable and added their own flair to each clinic. I learned so much. I look forward to another week soon!
BH
The facilities and coaching are just amazing. A wonderful place to play tennis with friends! Will be back again with our group in November!
KF
I went to a tennis camp at the national campus last year and it was one of the best tennis experiences I’ve ever had. The attention to detail from all of the coaches and Ben organizing was amazing. The whole camp is so knowledgeable and really work with you to give you the most in a short amount of time. Can’t wait to go back this year!
KG
I’m part of a group that takes an annual trip to this campus every year, having tried other camps as a group and not feeling satisfied with the experience. I could not recommend this enough!
Every year, my tennis game takes an exponential leap forward after a week with Ben and team. They are knowledgeable and highly-motivating, and truly take a bespoke approach with each member of the group. Prepare for some laughs and some great one-liners that you’ll take home with you. “Down the middle, always a riddle!”
If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate!

Our group has been coming to the USTA tennis camp for several years now, and we can’t say enough great things about the experience. The level of instruction is excellent, especially around doubles strategy, and every year we leave feeling like we’ve learned so much.
The pros are high quality, energetic, and really dynamic in the way they teach. There is also a great ratio of pros to players, so everyone gets plenty of attention and feedback no matter their level. Ben alongside the rest of the staff does a great job keeping the camp both productive and fun.
The courts and facilities are beautiful, and the whole experience is very well-run. Anyone considering coming for a tennis camp should absolutely do it!
SS
Our group has been coming to the USTA tennis camp for 5 straight yrs now and I can’t say enough about how great the instruction is, but also how fun the instructors are to be with!!
Ben and his staff work really hard to give everyone a fantastic experience, no matter what your playing level is.
The courts and facilities are top notch and the whole campus is beautiful! While I can’t speak to the pickleball and padel instruction, since we only do tennis, I have seen their courts in action and everyone is clearly working hard and having a great time doing it.
Anyone who is considering coming for a camp should definitely do it!!

My experience at the 3 day Adult Tennis Camp was exceptional. The team was professional, energetic, and kept us moving. Each pro had something important to teach us and did so in a way that was memorable and applicable to our level of play. The pros paid attention to each player, providing useful tips and feedback. The team at the Racquet Bar was equally knowledgeable and accessible, whether you just wanted to try out new equipment or get your racquet restrung. The facility is beautiful and serene–a wonderful place to learn and play tennis. Looking forward to my next visit!
JH
Great doubles clinic; instructors highly knowledgeable & approachable.
Would have preferred ball machine feeds instead of several drills that participants fed each other. We lost out on hitting over 50% of the clinic feeds since participant fed balls were out, too wide, too short, into the net…
Foot work drills on Tuesday afternoon were also mostly a waste of time- too much information in 40 minutes and no active drill to practice it.
I also did an evening session on serving- the instructor led portion was excellent, hands on, with a few individualized tips to each participant. The ball machine portion was a waste of time- balls were too hard, too fast, instructor finally changed the feeds for the last 5 minutes.

I had an outstanding time during a 3 day camp at USTA National Campus. The campus has something for everyone; tennis, pickle ball, and Padel but I only participated in the tennis camp. The campus is truly world class having outdoor clay and hard courts along with the indoor hard courts. The camp itself was very informative and Ben and his coaches did a great job in first explaining a teaching topic, having the coaches do a live demonstration of the particular training topic, and then providing live feedback as the camp players went thru a specific drill. The format of camp was well thought out and I can’t stress enough how informative and fun Clayton, Dishon, and the other coaches were. They made the camp as enjoyable as it was. All tennis players should visit the USTA National Campus at least once and I am definitely looking forward to my next 3-day camp!!!
SC
Ben and his team AMAZING!!! Did a 2 1/2 day with a group of 40 ladies and they provided a high quality tennis experience! The courts are super nice and the facility is top notch. Enjoyed the campus, the food and the facility. We are coming back with an even bigger group this year. Highly recommend the tennis camp at the National Campus!
CS
The doubles camp was a great experience. I’m an intermediate-advanced singles player learning to level up my doubles game. The instruction was thoughtful and the on court coaching to student ratio meant real time feedback. Lots to take home with you and chose what you want to continue working on. Camp director knows you’ll forget! So helpful takeaway included emailed notes and a worksheet. Very positive energy environment and something all levels of players can find both enjoyable and challenging.
CL
Thoroughly enjoyed the camp. Would come back again.
LO
Really enjoyed clinicians and the topics! They did a great job grouping us and giving us interesting/helpful topics at lunch. Really enjoyed the private lesson! I feel my tennis skills have improved immensely! I hope to come back again!

Coaches were all so excellent with feedback and instruction. Please step in and give us more of your insights!

Enjoyed my time, likely will come back at some point

I visited the campus with 20+ women. 2 days of drills and 1 day of play.

I had a GREAT experience.

Our group had an unforgettable experience at the USTA Tennis Center in November 2025! The instruction, play, coaching, and facilities were top notch. We are excited to return again in November.

I had an amazing trip to the National Campus with a large group of tennis friends. Ben planned a 3-day experience for us with am and pm tennis and lunches w speakers. Ben is amazing—high energy, warm, organized and keeps the staff on an exact schedule so all ran incredibly smoothly. Instruction was outstanding with focus on doubles play more than personal technique—though we did each get a 30 min private lesson to work on skills of our choice as part of our experience. The courts are excellent, campus so easy to navigate and well kept. Bathrooms everywhere. Cafe is nice and cocktails are available. Nice outdoor seating. Some of our group utilized the trainers when they were having physical issues and had great experiences. Pro shop is great. Great opps to demo racquets. Heading back this November for another “3-day camp”. Can’t wait!
KB
I have been doing a 2 day private group lesson for the past 5 years with 20-30 ladies. It is a group of tennis friends from Indiana and we do an annual March tennis trip, and every year the instruction is better. The pros do an excellent job of giving instruction (and explaining situations to use these tips) and then having you practice in drills. The campus and facility are beautiful and clean. The coaches are friendly, helpful and fun. Highly recommend anyone wanting to do a friend’s trip with an activity to reach out to Ben and the staff at USTA and have them tailor a program that works for your group. It’s always a fun reason to visit Florida!

I recently attended a three-day doubles tennis camp and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pros are incredibly knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of the game. I appreciate the feedback they provide, which is invaluable for improvement. Additionally, the camp offers the opportunity to demo racquets, which I found to be a great perk. Overall, I highly recommend the camp; the campus is top-notch!
MD
The coaches were knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
RH
Wow! What a great camp. Location is tennis heaven, the tennis pros are very instructional but fun and entertaining and then the tennis…great drills and play.
3 days of tennis heaven!!! Thanks Ben and tennis pro group for a wonderful experience
AZ
Great camp! Highly recommend for all players in and outside of the US.

USTA campus is premier with excellent courts, facilities and most importantly the best instructors! Looking forward to another year at the campus!

I had an amazing time at the USTA tennis camp! The clinics were excellent, we all learned so much! Ben and his coaching crew were extremely professional and really made it fun!
CP
I have been to adult tennis camp at USTA four times and cannot recommend it enough. The quality of instruction, the beautiful facility and the fun to be had is unparalleled. Each year I come away feeling energized, improved and with such a love for the game and gratitude for my time at USTA.
AC
I participated in the adult tennis camp 3hrs/day for 3 days. Our 24 person group stayed in an AIRBNB near the site. The clay courts we used were excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and personable. Their instruction was effective bc of a positive, supportive approach with drills that reinforced basic to intermediate skills and doubles strategies. I was challenged but never frustrated and had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this experience at the USTA Center.
KF
My experience at the USTA Campus was spectacular. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I will be returning again this year.
SP
The crew at USTA Lake Nona are exceptional- always accommodating and learn a ton while having fun! I didn’t do pickle or padel but put 5 stars to avoid skewing the tennis rating because there wasn’t a N/A option – If I could give tennis more stars, I would!
SW
I have been taking a group of women to the National Campus for the last 5 years and we always discuss going elsewhere but end up back at the campus because we cannot find a better place. The National Campus is the best and the Director Ben Zaiser is a professional that trys to make everything perfect for us!
JV
The Adult Tennis Camp at USTA is consistently the highlight of my year, year after year! I enjoy at least 2 camps every year. October is my favorite time to visit:) I always walk away feeling confident in my game. The Campus is beautiful!! The community is fun and welcoming. You’ll definitely leave with a few new friends. The Coaches are the best of the best, exactly the what you would expect to help take your skills to the next level. Highly recommend!!!
JM
I’ve been to several tennis camps ! This was by far my favorite !
MH
Overall a well organized experience. The drills/clinics focused on tricky situations that occur on court, and how to cope with them. They were tricky to understand, at first, and were tough to achieve success as players. Some basic doubles drills to start with would have been a good first day lead-in as a basis for doubles strategy and then the tougher player situations to follow.
DB
I was really disappointed with the tennis experience at the usta adult tennis camp. The facilities are great and the pros are ok but they did such a bad job worth the pairings which really ruined the whole experience for me. They paired 3.5 with 2.5 and low 3.0 players and sometimes you could even do the drills because of skill levels let alone have an exchange. Then you are stuck for hours on the court with the same 4 people. What is the point of going to a tennis camp then …some of the pros where meh..
MC
Great experience despite the weather, I really appreciate that the program gave me options to replace the time I missed because of the weather and travel delays. All coaches provided feedback that could improve my game in a positive manner vs trying to change it. I’m looking forward to returning
VJ
I had an amazing time at the adult 3 day camp .The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Looking forward to returning in the fall .
JT
This facility is second to none.
TB
In my best Terminator impression- I’ll be back!
ZU
The biggest tennis facility in the world !!!
DG
Love the campus!
JK
The Campus is very clean, well lit, and the courts are great!
RG
Wonderful experience. Will definitely do the camp again.
KT
The adult tennis camp was amazing! Ben was great organizing all of our activities and very flexible accommodating skills to our level and with some last minute changes. I appreciate how strategic the clinics were and how personal the coaching. It was fun, active and I learned so much. I came away a better tennis player. All of the assisting coaches were fantastic too. Thank you for a wonderful week. We can’t wait to return!!
SH
Absolutely loved this adult camp. Early November was the perfect time to visit. Several pros rotated through and each one was friendly, helpful and positive. Instruction was excellent, really loved my private lesson with Coach Jenny. The campus is beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised with the boxed lunch. Also really loved the Raquet Bar, and was able to demo several racquets which ended up being a great perk. My group stayed at the Wave hotel which I also recommend! We hope to come back to this every year because we all loved it so much.
KD
The adult tennis camp was a fantastic experience. Ben made sure all of our needs were met, and each and every pro was easy to work with. They taught us so much and we are excited to use the new skills and tactics on the court! Highly recommend this camp for anyone looking to up their game. A beautiful facility as well.
MK
We had the BEST adult camp experience! Thank you to Ben for making it so easy and all the instruction from everyone there! Can’t wait to implement new strategies and understanding into my game!

My experience at the USTA Campus was spectacular. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I will be returning again this year.
The crew at USTA Lake Nona are exceptional- always accommodating and learn a ton while having fun! I didn’t do pickle or padel but put 5 stars to avoid skewing the tennis rating because there wasn’t a N/A option – If I could give tennis more stars, I would!
I have been taking a group of women to the National Campus for the last 5 years and we always discuss going elsewhere but end up back at the campus because we cannot find a better place. The National Campus is the best and the Director Ben Zaiser is a professional that trys to make everything perfect for us!
I’ve been to several tennis camps ! This was by far my favorite !
Great experience despite the weather, I really appreciate that the program gave me options to replace the time I missed because of the weather and travel delays. All coaches provided feedback that could improve my game in a positive manner vs trying to change it. I’m looking forward to returning
I had an amazing time at the adult 3 day camp .The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Looking forward to returning in the fall .
This facility is second to none.
In my best Terminator impression- I’ll be back!
The biggest tennis facility in the world !!!
Love the campus!
The Campus is very clean, well lit, and the courts are great!
Wonderful experience. Will definitely do the camp again.
The adult tennis camp was a fantastic experience. Ben made sure all of our needs were met, and each and every pro was easy to work with. They taught us so much and we are excited to use the new skills and tactics on the court! Highly recommend this camp for anyone looking to up their game. A beautiful facility as well.
We had the BEST adult camp experience! Thank you to Ben for making it so easy and all the instruction from everyone there! Can’t wait to implement new strategies and understanding into my game!
Great tennis facility!
